FSA Insurance Broking Authorisation Status
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is now the regulator of all general insurance business in the UK. The FSA is an independent body whose task is to maintain confidence and promote public understanding of the financial system within the UK, help to reduce financial crime and fundamentally to protect consumers.
The companies within Oval (Oval Insurance Broking, Oval Financial Services and Oval International) recently received their authorisation from the FSA and are clear to conduct all insurance activities.
A full copy of our authorisation can be viewed using the links below. The authorisation covers all of the divisions of Oval who undertake insurance mediation activities within the UK.
Intermediaries who wish to continue to conduct insurance activities with Oval and who have not already provided Oval with their firm's authorisation status, should contact us as soon as possible at:
